Setup Doesn't Eat Into Your Rental

We arrive 1 to 3 hours before your start time to inflate, anchor, and prep everything. Your 4-hour rental window is dedicated to bouncing — not watching us work. On peak weekends we may arrive earlier, up to 4 hours before. We always call Friday to confirm so you know exactly when to expect us.

Power — Keep It Simple

The air blower runs continuously throughout the rental. One standard outdoor outlet within 50 feet of the inflatable is all you need. We bring commercial-grade extension cords to handle the load safely. If your Petal home doesn't have easy outdoor outlet access, we rent generators at a fair price.

Surfaces That Work

Grass is always our recommendation — it cushions landings, holds stakes well, and looks great. Concrete and asphalt work too with our weighted anchor system. The only surface we won't set up on is rock or gravel. It wears through the vinyl quickly and creates unnecessary risk. If your ideal spot has a surface concern, call us and we'll figure out an alternative.

Standard inflatables run about 15x15, but total footprint is bigger once you account for the blower, guy lines, and safe clearance space. Most Petal yards handle our units just fine, but if you're working with a smaller lot, a fenced pool area, or a sloped section, give us a call. We'll match you to the right size.

Damage Responsibility — Straightforward

Normal use leads to normal wear, and that's on us. Gradual seam stress, minor surface scuffs — we expect that and plan for it. What shifts responsibility is violating the safety rules we cover at setup: too many kids, sharp objects inside, use during storms or high wind. Play by the rules and you'll never have a concern.

Petal has some nice outdoor spaces for events, but electrical outlets aren't always close to where you'd place an inflatable. Plan on a generator if you're going the park route — we rent them affordably. Check with the city about reservations or permits for larger gatherings.
